When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the payment identifier you use — such as your UPI ID or Paytm-linked number. We also log your IP address and device details automatically as part of session security.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with processors who help us operate the platform — payment gateways handling UPI, Paytm and PhonePe flows, and identity verification providers. Each is bound by a data processing agreement that limits how they may use your information.

We retain records for the period required by applicable financial regulations tied to payment processing and fraud prevention. Once that window passes, your identifiable data is either permanently deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be linked back to you.
